Glad you are trying this out. As I covered in the book, the feeling comes back, but the toes and toe tips are difficult to restore, and you may not be able to get the feeling back there.

After a cursory reading of Dr. DelRe's book, I heeded the advice he proffers for neuropathy and took grape seed extract. Right away the numbness and tingling that I had in my foot for a half year started to go away. Being amazed, I then did the other thing the doctor suggested -- drink green tea. My symptoms continued to diminish. (Both grape seed extract and the green tea have bioflavonoids, of which my body was evidently deficient.) Being right on two counts, he had won my confidence and he was probably going to be right about coherent light -- what his book is all about -- so I bought an infrared heating device on the Web for about thirty dollars and gave coherent light a try. After just one application of ten minutes, the symptoms diminished considerably, and again right away. My next treatment is in a couple of days. (As with all the many maladies for which coherent light is effective, the treatment should be done only twice per week.)

When my symptoms completely disappear, I'll write a follow-up. Guessing, I should say that they will be gone within a month.
